One Thing After Another

So... I wasn't gonna say anything, because personally, its not such a big deal to me, emotion wise, but last week, last Tues morning my grandfather passed away. But to me I'm like "its ok, he's with Jesus, he's with his wife, he's literally doing waaaaay better off than us" x"D So, on the emotion and sadness front, I'm ok, and the family is more or less ok. He was also pretty old, 87 and he has been having more and more significant problems in the past couple years and stuff and about a month and a half ago he went on Hospice and all. So that was fine... but we are still dealing with a crap ton of stuff that he left us with! Its so much fun... not. But its ok. We are slowly checking off the boxes and dealing with the hiccups. And now this week, I dunno how many of ya'll watch the news and pay attention to big fires... but lets just say I am very close to many fires going on in Northern California right now... x"D I haven't personally dealt with our stuff burning down, cause we are more in the city limits but the outskirts of certain cities have definitely... been burned to a crisp and more homes and structures are threatened and on evac watch. I don't have school today, didnt yesterday as well, because my school is being used as an evac sight. I probably won't have school tomorrow either. And maybe for the rest of the week... I almost was wondering if I had a work place to go to too, but my work seems to be out of the immediate fire danger area, though, like our house, still relatively close to it all and still in danger if things go awry. And man, I don't think I've prayed about a situation as non stop as this! Sunday night was so windy! The main reason it all got so bad! And I got like two hours of frantic sleep because of it. Which is better than the people that had their houses or wineries burned down... but geez. I think I have literally said "Our Father..." like a hundred times. It's my go-to. But yeah. I'm planning on donating my grandfather's clothes, after I wash them, to the families that need help. I'm trying to think of what else I can do to, that isn't necessarily monetary, cause hello, college student! But yeah. I figure clothes is the least I can do and prayer is the most :) Oh, and just to back track a bit, I've also never been in a power outage more than 15 hours before XD It sucks! And no cell service! So... don't loose your land lines people! Hard wire!!!
Anyway... If you don't know about it already, please pray for the people in Northern CA, and Southern, affected by these massive fires. Its scary and sad, but God is always on our side! We will rebuild and move on, and it'll be ok eventually, but it'll be sad for a while, but its ok. In God We Trust! Toodles! Stay Safe!
